DOST has new Assistant Secretary for FALA. Attorney
Oswaldo C. Santos (middle) was sworn into office last October 10, 2012 by the
Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Secretary Mario G. Montejo (left) at
National Computer Center (NCC) in Diliman, Quezon City.
Atty. Santos is now DOST’s Assistant Secretary for Finance, Administrative and Legal Affairs. Before he assumed his new position, Atty. Santos served as senior lecturer at the University of the Philippines (UP) College of Law from 1994 to 2007 and senior partner at the Santos Santos & Santos Law Firm from 2002 to 2010. He has various professional affiliations which include among others the American Bar Association (Young Lawyers Division) as Liaison to Science and Technology. Witnessing the oath taking is Atty.
