The IRO organizes the Economic Briefing twice a year to provide updates on the performance of the economy and the opportunities and challenges moving forward. The briefing also provides a good venue to gather feedback from the business and financial communities on the economy’s performance and the government’s policy and program initiatives.

The IRO regularly undertakes a range of initiatives to build awareness amongst domestic and international investment audiences around the Government’s economic reform program, promote specific investment opportunities in the Philippines and facilitate the exchange of information as well as dialogue between investors and the key economic policy decision-makers of the Republic. Some of these initiatives include regular economic briefings, investor road shows to bring the Republic’s economic performance record to the international financial community and investor teleconferences to provide timely updates on key economic policies and performance indicators.
