US Democrats in the Philippines (DAPh) will meet at 4 P.M., Sunday, September 8, 2012, to watch the replay of the previous evening’s Acceptance Speech of President Barack Obama’s at the Democratic

 Convention, which officially kicks off his re-election campaign.
