UNPRECEDENTED AIR PASSENGERS BILL OF RIGHT - Transportation Secretary Mar Roxas (right) discusses (from left) DTI Undersecretary Zeny Maglaya, Samar Rep. The Air Passengers Bill of Rights seeks to provide protection for airline passengers from cases of forced flight cancellations and bump offs, misleading promo fares, and others. After getting the comments and suggestions from air travel stakeholders and the public, Roxas said he expects the bill of rights to be final by end of August.
